About EQ Therapy

EQ stands for Emotional Intelligence. Developing and improving your emotional intelligence can lead to increased self-confidence, better stress management, improved relationships, and greater balance in your daily life and life in general.

You may benefit from EQ therapy if you:

  • Want to get better at expressing yourself and setting boundaries

  • Wish to reduce stress, anxiety, anger, and inner tension

  • Need to work through addiction

  • Need to process and release trauma

  • Want more joy and balance in your life

  • Need to gain control over panic attacks or self-loathing

I offer therapy physically in Sandefjord and online on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy. Groups consist of 4–6 participants and sessions start once there are enough registrations. You can also participate in groups online. Additionally, I offer dedicated men's groups for those who prefer an all-male environment.
