About EQ Therapy
EQ stands for Emotional Intelligence. Developing and improving your emotional intelligence can lead to increased self-confidence, better stress management, improved relationships, and greater balance in your daily life and life in general.

I offer therapy in Sandefjord and online on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy. Groups consist of 4–6 participants and sessions start once there are enough registrations. You can also participate in groups online. Additionally, I offer dedicated men's groups for those who prefer an all-male environment.
